Welcome to the Islington i:HUB service. We are not your regular GP practice. We provide same-day medical care on the weekend for patients registered with an Islington GP practice. We cannot deal with non-urgent or administrative queries. If the clinician thinks your request can wait until your usual GP is open, we will send you an SMS or email asking you to contact your GP practice. If you can, please fill out an online form about your medical problem by choosing Adult or Child health problems below. This helps the doctor understand your issue and make the right decision for your care. Once you submit the form, a clinician will review it and respond within 2 hours. If you cannot complete the form online, you can call your GP practice, and your call will be transferred to the i:HUB team, who will fill out the form for you.
